The Monday after carnaval is called Clean Monday. People come together, fly kites and eat octopus, shrimp, pickled vegetables and specially baked bread. This year all the people of Innachorio came to Elafonisi to celebrate clean Monday. It is something special to dance in the afternoon on one of the most famous beaches in the world.
