CANCELLATION POLICY
\nCancellations or changes must be received by email ( zackpap@icloud.com)
\nand be from the person named on the booking form.
\nThe effective date of cancellation is the date on which written notification
\nis received by the Property Owner of the holiday villa in Crete.
\n\u2022If the Guest cancels 8 weeks or more before arrival, a 70% of the holiday cost will be refunded.
\n\u2022If the Guest cancels within 8 weeks prior to arrival, a 50% of the holiday will be refunded.
\n\u2022If the Guest cancels within 4 weeks prior to arrival, the holiday cost will not be refunded.<\/p>\n
CAUTION
\nThe Guest must keep the holiday accommodation and all furniture, fittings, effects, facilities and equipment in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the holiday.
